FEES

Single lessons cost £35.
A short course of six lessons costs £200 if paid for in advance.
A standard course of 24 lessons costs £750 if paid for in advance.

Lesson timing
Lessons are timed to start on the hour and last 45 minutes with 35 minutes hands on teaching. If a pupil arrives late the lesson will still end on time i.e. 45 minutes past the hour.

Cancellation Policy
Less than 48 hours notice 50% of the fee is payable
No notice/failure to attend appointment 100% of the fee is payable
Notice can be given by email to robin@atbyrt.com, by leaving a message on 01457 810270 or by text to 07970 951715.

If the teacher cancels a lesson with less than 48 hours notice the fee for the next lesson will be reduced by 50% and if the teacher cancels with no notice there will be no charge for the next lesson.

Where a course of lessons is booked and less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given a fee of 50% of the single lesson fee is payable by the pupil. Similarly if no notice is given/failure to attend an appointment a fee of the full fee of a single lesson is payable by the pupil. If the teacher gives less than 48 hours notice of cancellation a refund of 50% of the single fee will be given and similarly if the teacher gives no notice/failure to attend an appointment a refund of the full fee for a single lesson will be given.

Where a pupil decides not to complete a prepaid course of lessons a refund will be given. This will be calculated by charging the full single lesson fee for each lesson taken i.e. if only 15 lessons are taken from a course of 24 lessons £750 - 15 * 35 = £225 refund.
